About us

A network of independent guides

City Tours Europe presents professional tour guides in the cities of Europe and connects them directly with travellers looking for a tour in their own language. The network is published in five languages: German, French, English, Spanish and Italian.

No intermediary between you and your guide

Every guide presented here is an independent provider. You write to the guide directly and agree on the programme, date and price together. City Tours Europe receives no commission and does not intervene in your exchange.

Why a private tour

A private tour follows your interests and the time you have. It suits couples, families and small groups and can be put together theme by theme. Our wish is simple: booking a guide should become as natural as booking a hotel.

Who runs City Tours Europe

City Tours Europe is run by PROJECT MANAGEMENT PARTNERS Vohl & Partner – Unternehmensberater, a partnership company (Partnerschaftsgesellschaft) based in Bernried am Starnberger See, Germany.

Our role ends with the directory: we check that every guide presented exists, that they guide in the language of their page and that their contact details are correct, and we keep the pages up to date. We are neither a tour operator nor a travel agency; we take no money and do not conclude any contract for a tour on your behalf. That contract is made directly between you and the guide.
